RESERVATION REQUESTS

NON-BINDING OFFER (OPTION)
We need the following information to prepare a non-binding offer:

• Your full name
• Name of your organisation if you are booking for a company, school, institute etc
• Date of arrival and departure
• Number of guests per room
• Number and age of children, if applicable

Send us the details preferably by email. You will receive an offer from us in due time.

Please note, that rooms that the rooms offered can only be pre-reserved for a defined period of time. They are automatically cancelled as soon as the deadline expires.

BINDING RESERVATION
If you would like to make a definite booking you can do this by booking per email or online. Please note, that definite bookings are binding and subject to payment. Therefore take care to read our cancellation policies carefully. You will find the cancellation policy in our Terms and Conditions.

For a binding booking we need the following information:

• Your full name
• Name of your organisation if you are booking for a company, school, institute etc
• Full name of your guest, if you are booking for a third party
• Date of arrival and departure
• Number of guests per room
• Number and age of children, if applicable
• Credit card details or cost credit to guarantee the booking. Bookings without security guarantee will not be accepted.
• Home adress must be provided no later than check-in. If you are travelling on business and need an invoice for your business adresse, please inform us no later than check-in. You can do this online or at the reception.

PRICE POLICY
We offer the same prices and conditions for direct bookings and online bookings through our own website or booking portals. The current daily prices and availability can be found by entering your arrival and departure dates in the yellow field at the top of the web page and pressing "search". Discounts are already received in the prices shown. We cannot offer any further discounts on already discounted prices, not even when requested by phone. We ask for your understanding.
